"Vinci wins £80m Tesco Streatham contract"
South London mixed-use scheme features 250 apartments, swimming pool and ice rink.
Vinci Construction has won an £80m contract to deliver a mixed-use scheme in Streatham on behalf of Tesco subsidiary Spenhill Regeneration and the London borough of Lambeth. The project involves the development of 250 apartments, a swimming pool, ice rink and sports hall. A new Tesco Extra supermarket spanning 63,000ft² will also be built.Works are due to begin this summer, with completion scheduled for November 2014.
